"I purchased tickets on 12/20/09 for Nascar race on 2/28/10 for $707.75 and it was a very bad ordeal all the way around from TickCo. I hadn't received the tickets with the trip only 2 weeks away so I had called to check the status of my order and was told it was normal for them not to be here until the week of event so I waited for a week and called again and was told they said not to worry the tickets would be here in time. The next day I received a call from them saying the tickets I had purchased were not available, would I be okay dropping down a few rows, I said yes if the tickets are the same value. Two more days and no tickets so I call again and they say tickets can be delivered to hotel in Vegas. When I check in I am given message that a package is waiting for me. When I open and remove tickets I can't believe the face value is $49! I call and tell them there must be a mistake, $700 spent and $200 in merchandise! I can understand a processing fee and the Fed Ex shipping but come on. I tried to return them but was told I was out of luck. I reported TickCo to the Arizona BBB but that didn't get any help either. I wouldn't suggest TickCo to my worst enemy let alone anyone else!"
